About Akaitto
We help teams start with one controlled AI workflow, then scale into APIs, agents, traces, model routing, and cost visibility.
Our Mission
We believe every company will run AI. They should not need months of glue code to start safely.
Akaitto exists
so they don't have to.
Akaitto is the control plane for production AI workflows. Teams connect the models and tools they already trust, build automations that combine retrieval, reasoning, and actions, and deploy them behind APIs with approvals, traces, and cost visibility built in.
We started from a simple observation: most teams that adopt AI end up writing the same glue code — routing between providers, replaying failed steps, stitching traces, and rebuilding approval flows. That work rarely produces durable value, and it often duplicates security and compliance effort.
What we build instead is a single layer where every workflow is observable by default: every step, token, and cost is recorded; every side-effect tool requires explicit approval; and every deployment can be inspected end to end. The platform is self-hosted first, so regulated teams can keep their data on their own infrastructure.
Akaitto is for engineering teams that want to move from one working automation to a portfolio of production systems without rebuilding the foundations each time — and for organizations that need evidence, auditability, and control over the AI they run.
We believe open weights, open benchmarks, and portable artifacts matter as much as features. The platform tracks model provenance, supports local and self-hosted inference, and keeps your data inside your boundary unless you choose otherwise. The product evolves in public: changelogs, engineering notes, and baseline reports are part of the repository, so you can see exactly what changed and why.
